New seal and a good clean glass The bulb holder is intact and all screws turn freely The original hood screws were broken so the have been replaced with stainless steel screws and domed nuts so no more issues This is a refurbished item so it is not a perfect finish due to pitting that had occurred to the aluminum previously, but it won’t be noticeable when in a building
