Does it safe? This product only need 2 wires, as it is plastic material. This is Class II lamp that comply with clause 1.2.23 of the EU standard IEC60598-1. According to the regulations, no grounding wire is required. Only Class I lamps must be grounded. I am confused with the wire color. How to connect? Our current version is in American wire color (black and white). European brown (used to be red) connect to American-black, and European blue (used to be black) connect to American-white. We will update to European wire color in future batches.
