When using, simply peel off the insulating film that comes with the small LED lights to turn on the light. Then insert the balloon light into the balloon, glass or other place you want to decorate before inflating it. When not in use, insert the insulating tab back and the light turns off. (It is best not to throw away the insulating tab).
