These are easy to fit, just screw the pair of push fit spring loaded stainless steel brackets to the underside of your cupboard & then firmly clip the light into place. Re pictures 4-6: I drilled a hole in the end of the ones I've fitted, soldered & shrink wrapped the joins to a longer lead so the connections stayed inside, fitted a cable tie round the new cable so it can't pull through the hole, then double sided taped the lights under the cupboard base.
