This is an old paraffin lantern made in China. It has lost its manhandle but there is a loop at the top. I’m sure if you put some paraffin in it and you lit it it wood work fine. The wick goes up and down. height of it is 9 1/2 inches high width is about 5 1/2 inches. Please see pictures for condition of what you will get. §CPS2
